Why our Community, Land and Business Plan Matters
The Community Land and Business Plan (CLBP) is more than a strategy, it’s our roadmap for delivering on the hopes and priorities of the Worimi community.
Shaped through workshops, member feedback and stakeholder input, the Plan is updated regularly to reflect the needs of our people. It sets out how we manage land and assets, build cultural connections, support wellbeing, and invest in opportunities for the future.
The CLBP helps us stay focused on what matters most: protecting Country, supporting our members, creating jobs, and empowering the next generation. It ensures that our programs and decisions align with our values and the Aboriginal Land Rights Act.
When you see our initiatives in areas like youth programs, health and wellbeing, or business development - they all link back to our CLBP. It keeps us accountable, connected, and community-driven.
Importantly, the Plan isn’t set in stone. As the needs of our community evolve, so too does the CLBP. Member consultation remains at the heart of shaping it.
Because building a strong Worimi future takes all of us, and every voice matters.
